Types of service
NanoTech offers two basic types of computer service. Our first and primary service is on-site computer repair and maintenance. We provide service for home/buisness networking, software, hardware, and consulting services.
NanoTech is now offering a new remote based service. This new service covers computer training in a personal one on one fashion. Since the service does not require a live technician in your home, the costs are vastly reduced. We are happy to provide this service in addition to the actual tech support we have offered in the past, and hope that it will fill the need expressed by our customers.
Phone Support
NanoTech's phone support service is currently $34.99/hr.
Phone support is available for those smaller problems. These type of tasks include things such as installing antivirus, email questions, Microsoft Office related issues, or other small problems.
Remote Pricing
NanoTech's remote service is currently $34.99/hr.
Remote tutorial is set up by an appointment in which we gain the type of tutorial requested. The appointment is necessary to ensure that both parties are available for up to a full hour for one-on-one computer training and support. The clock starts after the connection to your home computer is established. Since the remote support is supported by live communication, the remote support session can quickly address the client's weaknesses in the given tutorial. This helps NanoTech cater to the needs of the customer in a unique way that is not found in a typical classroom enviroment.
Remote support is billed at the same rate with the same one hour minimum. Remote support allows for quick and effective troubleshooting of a computer that otherwise would be inaccessible until the next free apointment for an on-site call.
On-Site Pricing
NanoTech's on-site service is currently $75/hr, with a 1 hr minimum.
Currently NanoTech serves a majority of the El Dorado County area. Some of the cities in our area include Pollock Pines, Camino, Placerville, Diamond Springs, Shingle Springs, Rescue, and Folsom. Travel time is not extra, the clock starts when the technician arrives in your home. Appointments are scheduled and the technician will arrive within a half an hour window. In the case that there is a delay, NanoTech does its best to inform you by phone.
